Broadcasting watchdog Ofcom has said it is not planning to investigate complaints about Jeremy Clarkson's joke linking truck drivers with prostitute murders.

I'd like to know, who are the 22% that think actions should be taken against JC. Can one of you guys or girls (I don't want to exclude anyone) please get in contact with me? We need to have a serious chat about common sense and road skills.
The only action to be taken is giving JC a medal for entertainment.

Have a safe day.

I despair at the offence taken brigade that seem to dominate our airways at the moment. The strength of british comedy and its character has been the ability to laugh at itself and at dark events. Lord help us if we become as insipid as american comedy or tv where people show total disgust at the sight of a Janet Jackson nipple ( didnt think it looked that bad personally)
why do these people always complain days after the transmission when they see a bandwagon.

Jezza, you are a GOD, I don't understand how walnut brained people are making complaints re your comments on Top Gear last sunday. I can bet my jeans that these people have not watched the show, or even know what a "hamster" is....
Everyone needs to call the BBC to support Jezza and the show, the comments were made in humor, if you want to watch "policitally correct" garbage then watch Fifth Gear..... if you want to watch a quality program then Top Gear, Jezza, Hamster and Captain slow are the best out there, this also includes The Stig.

Some say he has shares in levis and his dress sence is that of a old man, all we know is hes called Jezza Clarkson.

I was shocked!!! JC is of course a god of comedy - but those sensitive truckers would be mortified if they had heard this comment - it was just fortunate they were out murdering prostitutes at the time.........
