Dear Jeremy

I have watched the Saga with Langness unfold with great disappointment.

Whilst I understand that the "dyed in the wool walkers" can’t even contemplate walking around your property at Langness – it does strike me as a bit of “manx crab”. One the one hand we invite celebrities onto our Island with open arms, then proceed to drive them away!
I can see both side of the argument, but certainly would not want anyone walking past my kitchen window scaring my family and disturbing my Sunday afternoon.
I appreciate you are not the most politically correct person in the world, but have done quite a lot for publicising the Isle of Man. As a "reasonable" Manxman, I hope that the latest public enquiry will fall in your favour and we now leave you alone to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet on the Island.

If the decision does go in your favour however I might sugest a little humility goes a long way.
