My name is Livia I am brazilian living in Ireland for the last 5 years , me and my husband Edward both drive Volvo cars,
I have a 05 Volvo v50 and Edward 02 S60T5 ( he love his car) my son Filipe is 8 and he love Volvo car as well,
Last year he won a book competition and he's book was about his dads car.
We love your programe, magazines, Dvds, my son love the quiz dvds.
I need your help if possible,
I have this car for 1 year and 4 months, parts of my engine start going, and I contact Volvo but the only response
I got is my car is well old, this is ridiculous, I paid 23900.00 euro in this car last year now worth only 9000.00
because I have done a big mistake of HP finance I cant even sale this car before 5 years.
I dont know if people ask you for this type of help, the only think I want is the dealer or Volvo direct, fix my car engine.
I need the car for work and bring child to school.
I tried to contact Volvo direct , the only answer I got is my car "is well old" if need i am able to foward the response to prove that is the response,
I worked in brazil as sales assistant for General Motors, and our target was TEC ( Total Entusiasm Costumers) in portuguese sounds better, I cant understand how Volvo can say Volvo for life.
I would be very happy if you could give me a imail adress of someone in Volvo factory, please.
