I have recently purchased a Mercedes 350CDi. For me a great car, with the most stunningly appalling (if not one of the most expensive) sat nav systems. It fails to recognise 6 digit post codes, does not know many addresses painstakingly spelt out and gives erroneous information. For example “Heavy traffic ahead between 6 miles and 13th August”. I’m not joking! No one at Mercedes Benz in the UK has any idea if the issue will or can be addressed. Consequently it is probably a good idea to let the CEO in Germany know what is actually happening. Does anyone have a name and full address?
